What type of technology is used by teachers in BDHS classrooms?

• Teachers use Skyward to calculate  grades.
• Technology integration is promoted in each BDHS classroom with the use of a PresenStation.
• Teachers submit daily attendance electronically through Skyward.
• BDHS staff use Wayne Gmail to connect electronically through email. The BDHS Master Calendar is also updated in Google Calendar.

What else is available to students and teachers at BDHS?

• Computer Labs (Business, CAD, Journalism, Art, World Languages, Media Center, Check-out, etc.) – a variety of labs are available for specific needs. Anything from Computer Applications to Video Editing with Desktop Publishing and Internet research in between!
• Wireless Laptop Lab – 89 laptop carts can be used in virtually any location in the building. There are over 1500 laptops currently used at BD.
• All students have a Chromebook
• TV Studio – Avid Express

Please note that this list does not contain all the ways that we use technology as an instructional tool at BDHS. There are other tools and many other uses that take place each day.
